SHIPPING, WARRANTY, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

All of our products are shipped via UPS, FedEx USPS or other freight companies (Ground and Freight). All shipments are insured and include a tracking number. All the products are protected by our Damage Proof Quadruple Package. Most orders will be shipped within a few business days; larger sizes or custom signs may require additional time depending on the size or work involved.
- Some products may have a shipping surcharge.
- Shipping lift gate not included if needed $159
- Please document any shipping damage on the freight companies’ delivery receipt prior to the driver leaving (If Damage is not documented on the delivery receipt shipping insurance will be voided)
15 Day Return Policy
After 7 days but before 15 days there will be a 25% restocking fee at all times and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The customer will be responsible for Return shipping as well as original shipping costs. (This applies to products with free shipping offers as well)
7 Day Return Policy
If your product appears damaged during shipping, REJECT the package or noted it on the driver’s delivery receipt. If upon opening your package you find a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of the item for a Full Refund or replacement part. Returns for any reasons other than items damaged during shipping / manufacturing defects will have 20% of the original sign price deducted from the refund as a restocking fee as well as original shipping costs (This applies to Free Shipping offers as well, customers will be responsible for Return shipping)

Cancellation fee 25% of full price
Warranty
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from actions of the user such as misuse, improper wiring/installation, operation outside of specification use, improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, lightning strike or damage from a power surge.
Warranty includes all parts and factory in-house labor.
